Untitled

Watching.

The world teems with life.

The great to the small –

oak trees,

pollen,

blade of grass

bends in the embrace

of day’s only eye

which made the world bloom

as a rose decorates a garden,

as the seed that remains.

Sometimes I hate awareness, like when I can feel my hair growing.

Or look at the news and see all that bullshit out there. Fuck it, it's just a bunch of monkeys fucking around, I'll just stay out of their way and go camping.

Made me smile.

..... and that seed that remains is wrapped in earth's promise, enacting a great faith by its very presence;

.....fountain touched by sun and pouring forth, sentinel to the roses
shades and hues of openness

hopper-- thank you for these images and words; I have realized over many months of visiting your blog that watching is a respectful form of witnessing-- as are your words and images.

Awareness
Is the key
Without it
There is nothing else

Why the gravestone? RIP awareness?

Awareness of the rose, as we pass by, hundreds of times. One morning I bend and let the smell charm me..
Hope you are well and aware and with plenty of light and energy,
love
Andrea

Yep,

I it is another good correlation of excellent photos with a great deep thought poem. I really like the fountain.

lovely...

this reminded me of a beautiful scence i witnessed years ago on a rainy day...
i was just sitting there watching how a blade of grass was repeatedly bending with the strokes of raindrops... and at the same time shining more and more with life...

and becoming aware how we were like that blade of grass...
